Bundling #exercise with #rewards never tasted so good! Sometimes temptation bundling is the only thing that gets me out the door. I live #walking distance from some delicious #cafes, #delis and #restaurants. I can enjoy walking a mile, then sit down and #relax, with a book and some good food to eat. I'll be honest, I didn't know that temptation bundling was a thing until a few moths ago when I told my @ww coach what I was doing. She applauded me for it and explained what it was. Temptation bundling is when you pair a task that you don't always enjoy with something you love.
