Good morning Lovelies. 💛💙💚💜Feeling satisfied and happy about my hair today. So, as many of you already know, I've taking Aqua Zumba for a few months twice a week and I was VERY worried about how the extra washings were going to affect my hair. Going from once a week to twice a week is a lot so I didn't know if I was going to experience dryness, breakage or even loss. 😨😨 . . I am happy to say I went through a few trial and error pathways until I have found a regimen that is working with products that are keeping me and my hair happy. I will create a post for next week sharing what I wnet through and where I am now. 👍🏿 🎊🎉 . . This is just a reminder that this journey is not for the impatient or the non-committed. Natural hair is a lifestyle change that requires education, patience and a willingness to find out what works for you and your own hair. Take from a natural who has been researching, writing and sharing what natural hair is all about for 10 years!!! . .
