[Werbung/Advertisement] Yesterday at @motioncafe together with @ju.liciously 🧡 So crazy to think about how Julia has just been here with me in Canggu yesterday and now she’s already back in Germany. And on Monday I’m gonna fly over to Australia where Julia has been before coming to Bali.🌴 These things make you realize how small and fast this world is with all our modern travel opportunities. Imagine if planes would’ve never been invented, none of this would be possible!✈ Btw, these sweetpotato chips were amazing!🍟 I wasn’t that hungry so I just ordered them as a snack even though Julia’s waffles looked epic and I got really tempted to order some as well.😅 . . . #motioncafe#veganwaffles#sweetpotatochips#avocado#bali#canggu#indonesia#balifood#veganbali#vegancanggu#vegan#govegan#veganfortheanimals#vegansofinstagram#veganfoodshare#veganfoodspot#plantbased#bestofvegan#vegancommunity#veganshares#deutschlandvegan#dairyfree#crueltyfree#friendsnotfood#ethicalvegan#vegandiet#gesundessen#gesundleben#veganwerdenwaslosdigga (hier: Motion Cafe)

A tasty set of three sliders with cheddar cheese on top of beef, turkey, and chicken patties. Served with sweet potato chips that are nice and crispy for a great mix of tastes and textures.
Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground turkey. 1/2 lb ground chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded. 1/2 cup tomato, sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup pickles, sliced. 1/4 cup sweet potato chips.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put ground beef, ground turkey, and ground chicken in a bowl and mix them together. Add salt and pepper, and then shape the meat into 12 small flapjacks. Put the slider patties on the grill and cook them for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. While the sliders are cooking, put the slider buns on the grill and toast them just a bit until they are warm and crispy. To make a sauce for the sliders, mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the sliders together. Add a slider patty to the top, then lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles. Put the other half of the bun on top. Add sweet potato chips to the side of the sliders. Have fun with your three sliders and sweet potato chips!
