Luckily it's not that extreme. A 50 year difference would require a massive enough planet that you wouldn't be able to survive anyway.

Sure it’s not in the AV/In instead of the headphone jack? That’s what that does.
It's the headphone jack. There's only one port that fits headphones on my laptop to begin with. It just does this sometimes. Not just to me, I've seen other people complaining about the same problem. But it's back to normal now, it usually doesn't stay messed up for long.
