TORIAN IS 17?????

At the start of the game, yes. According to the SWTOR Encyclopedia (which is on a wonderful person's Google Drive), the age of Torian is listed as 18, but a dev at some point clarified that the age of the crew member is when they join you in game. Torian doesn't join until 3642 BBY/Chapter 2 of the BH story. Therefore, when you first see him in Chapter 1/3643, he's only 17. That's why when you at various reference sites, his birthyear is listed as 3660 BBY, not 3661 BBY.

Lord Scourge, the “Emperor’s Wrath”

Entire generations of the Sith Dark Council have passed under the watchful eyes of the Emperor’s personal executioner, the grim Lord Scourge. As the feared “Emperor’s Wrath”, Scourge enforced his master’s will for more than three centuries. When a Jedi grew too powerful or a Sith too ambitious, Scourge eliminated the threat.

Conspiracy theories held that Scourge was a title rather than a man, for even pureblooded Sith are mortal. Allegedly, dozens of men preserved Lord Scourge’s fearsome reputation across the centuries. These assassins, surgically altered to resemble Scourge, secretly replaced predecessors who fell to old age or violence. However, the Dark Council knew the truth. There was only one Scourge, his life prolonged by Sith alchemy, and his battle prowess enhanced by the Emperor. 

Darth Vowrawn, studying Lord Scourge in order to neutralize him, cautiously investigated the Emperor’s Wrath for years. Scourge took a dark pleasure  in feeding Vowrawn cryptic hints that only clouded his motives. By the time Vowrawn suspected Scourge was pursing his own secret agenda, it was much too late to stop him. Lord Scourge’s service to the Emperor has been an elaborate ruse played out over centuries. The Emperor’s Wrath has patiently waited for a moment of destiny: to betray his Sith master and join the Jedi Knight’s mission.

SWTOR Ages of the Companions

I search for these often. So it might be helpful to have them in a single document. I don't know if it is stated somewhere, but I myself interpret the ages as those the companions have when you first meet them.

Although that armor looks rather precarious to me. Personally, I would choose a heavy chunk of mandalorian steel between me and the enemy's blaster over all that high tech any day.
