I wonder if the Authens will have regret about whatever their involvement in Project Apple was. The reveal in today’s chapter makes me wonder if they will be more concerned for Anya’s safety than reporting her back to Donovan. That face Mr. Authens makes is terrifying, so I’m not sure how to read it (evil mastermind found test subject or worried former mastermind wants to protect test subject)

It's kind of awful considering twilight's very mission is to get close to Donovan but in doing so would only cause harm to Anya in some way.
Buttttt, when Donovan finds out about this, I think he'll turn her into his weapon somehow, ohh idk prolly by using his second son 👀 ( plan b- ostanian ver. lmao) orrrrrr idk, eliminate Anya for good but then again she's literally the mc she's too valuable for that considering her powers (and her parents like, damn, once Donovan finds out about westalis' best agent and garden's princess are Anya's parents??? Who wouldn't want to exploit that opportunity- or eliminate, which of the two 🤔)
Alsooo, I think this means Sigmund was very much a part of Project Apple. Firsthand, most probably, since he recognized her as a test subject.
