I had this slightly unhinged idea for a KPDH AU
Basically, humans and demons coexist together, and there’s no hunters because demons feed on human emotions instead of souls— namely, emotions like lust, adoration, desire, etc.
So in this AU, Rumi (who’s still part demon), Mira, and Zoey all have normal jobs, and the three of them have been dating terrible human men who break their hearts through the usual shitty boyfriend MO— cheating, lying, dating for a bet, etc. So the girls are sick of human men and decide to go to a club to flirt with some hot demon guys and forget about their shitty exes
Of course, said demons happen to be the Saja Boys, who run a super sleek nightclub in this AU— Jinu’s the manager, Romance is the VIP host, Abby is head of security, Mystery is the chief bartender, and Baby’s the house DJ. And these guys only escaped Gwi-ma four years ago, but they still hear his voice in their heads. But being around Rumi, Mira, and Zoey silences Gwi-ma’s voice in their minds, so of course, all the Saja Boys want to get closer to these girls— Jinu wants Rumi, Romance and Abby want Mira, and Mystery wants Zoey
It’s nothing but vibes in my head right now, but this AU mainly exists because of a specific RuJinu idea that wouldn’t leave me, in which Jinu pulls up to Rumi’s workplace in a sleek sportscar with a huge bouquet of flowers and he dotes on her and flirts with her in front of all her coworkers, including her shitty cheating ex and his sidepiece. And while Rumi’s absolutely flustered, she gets a kick out of seeing her ex and his sidepiece fuming the whole time 😄
I don’t have anything specific for Miromabby or Zoeystery yet, but just know that Romance and Abby have their own ways of trolling Mira’s shitty ex, and that Mystery full-on barks at Zoey’s awful ex lol
And as for Baby, he’s just here for a good time 😁

Penelope: … I’m going to need more details, but okay, sure.
Cassandra: *in tears* I love you, new family.
Cassandra: Penelope, I’ve had another vision.
Penelope, sighs: Go tell your father.

Talk about a fucking improvement. I liked season one just fine, but this one I'm playing on repeat as we speak.
I get the feeling this version of The Riddler isn't going to be a fan favorite, and I understand and I would've liked at least one moment of that true Riddler genius from him, but I had fun watching him have fun. And I loved the way he died.
I. FUCKING. LOVE. HARLEY. IN. THIS. SHOW. I love her relationship with Renée. I love the way she teamed up with Batman, it was probably my favorite episode. I would love to see her meet this show's Joker and treat him roughly the same way she treats Batman. I would love to see her get secretly busted out of prison by the whole squad for a few nights every now and then because they need her. I LOVE HER.
Playing the long game with Joker was a risky move, but I think it paid off. I actually thought he was dead for a second there, just because it felt like no villain was safe at that point. Hearing this Batman laugh before we got a full on Joker laugh was almost surreal and I appreciate that.
