Do doves hold any significance in Kemetism?

Not that I can find. I asked around, and I couldn’t find anything that is overly conclusive regarding doves.

The closest thing I could mention is that in a lot of Egyptian symbolism- small birds (esp in flocks) represented chaos. Which is why you see lots of people netting and catching flocks of small birds- as a way of overcoming and containing chaos and chaotic forces.
