So...how did the siblings get their syndromes?

Many of them got them because of how they grew up(such as the conditions that were harsh)or something that happened they tore up their mental health.

Nicole gets PTSD if she ever sees blood because it reminds her of the lives that she killed.

Caleb has ADHD because he never grew up having paternal figures until Nicole adopted him.

Henley had Tourette Syndrome because...well...he always had it.

Mason has social anxiety because all the friends had did have died and he's afraid that if he would make a friend, they would disappear.

Therefore, the siblings have been through a lot throughout their long lives. And everybody has a syndrome or phobia that reminds them of their greatest fears.

Firsts

I’ve met a lot of my first ever patients with certain symptoms and syndromes this week working in the emergency ward. Treating all these things I have only read about before almost feels like meeting celebrities.
