So like, our entire system at work crashed today. And in their wisdom, the bosses decided that since they would be paying us to go home anyway, they decided that we could do whatever we wanted, go shopping in the mall next door, go our for lunch, etc, etc, so long as we did NOT go home or go beyond walking/running distance if needed.

I spent 8 hours literally doing nothing. 8 hours where my employer decided if they weren’t going to get anything out of me today, I wasn’t going to get anything out of my day either. I’m so pissed off. I’m so tired. Who knew being bored out of your fucking mind was so exhausting?

I literally wasted 8 fucking hours of my life today.

But hey, at least I got paid for that shit...
