Our apartment is downhill and there was at least four inches of water in our parking lot this morning. Now I get to stand in a drive-thru window for eight and a half hours in the pouring rain while people scream orders through their closed windows. Happy Saturday from rainy Dallas!

My store has TWO fallen trees from the storm last night. They have brought on countless questions such as: "Did you know there is a tree in your parking lot?" "What happened to that tree?!" and my personal favorite, "Are you okay?" (keep in mind, both trees are not even close to touching our actual building)
