Well it's #transformationtuesday and as awesome as I feel and as great as I think I look now, neither of those are my biggest transformation. No, my biggest transformation is my confidence and my overall belief in myself. I never thought I was good enough for a lot of things, which is why it's taken me so long to get where I am now. I'm in the process of changing my life, doing something I've only dreamt of and I'm shirtless on the internet, which normally only happened after a keg stand. @beachbody has allowed me to reconnect with people, to help people find their goals and kill them.
