This took me 9 hours! But it went flying by, the flow for this piece was impeccable and I really pushed a lot of my own boundaries. I used a reference and my friend @threefeline helped me tweak some minor anatomy before moving on to rendering.

Been microwaving spiderverse Ruairi on high in my head for the past *checks watch* week.

Oh man, I've been meaning to write this post for a MONTH now but I'm excited to share this! These are some works by traditionalaviator, who has been so amazing and fun to work with!

The top picture will be my new icon for tumblr and discord (I'll be updating it within a few hours) and the second piece is fan art for the Linked Universe.

Both times that I commissioned him, he took time to understand what I was looking for and always gave me updates about the process and consulted me about different ideas.

A little background about my new icon, I asked if he make me look like a mythical creature, so he asked a few questions and he came up with the concept for a blue-fire phoniex and this was the incredible final result!
