Workout with this sweet dude keepin me company. He doesn’t mind hugs from a sweaty momma 😉 — Strength Back Squat- 10x3 @ 70% every minute My one rep max from a week and a half ago ish was 135# so I had 95# on the bar. Thought it was pretty simple so when I finished my 10 sets I put 135 on and pushed it up easily. I’ll have to figure my max again another day this week
Metcon- amrap- 8 round tabatas Rest 1 minute after each Tabata row Tabata squat Tabata lateral pull down Tabata push-up Tabata sit-up Scored by the lowest rep completed each round. So mine was 5 cal row, 12 squat, 9 pull down, 6 push-up, 8 sit-up. Subbed lateral pull down for pull ups.
