Branching off of this post, let's discuss the importance of Appropriate Tagging.
In this case, I'm referring to tagging a post with a Trigger Warning (TW) or Content Warning (CW). It's fairly straight forward that if you think the post your reblogging or creating requires one, then tag it:
tw: (insert trigger)
cw: (insert content)
However, one major mistake that I've noticed that doesn't get addressed is censoring. If you've already gone out of your way to utilize the filtering options from tumblr (or your xkit extensions are up to date), then you'll want to consider not censoring the word(s) you're trying to warn others about.
The reason being is that like you, others have the entire word filtered/blacklisted. Which means if you're adding special characters like asterisks * or slashes / to the triggering or content word(s), then you're making the people you're trying to be considerate towards be exposed to the specific content more.
I hope that makes sense, but this is something that happens fairly often with the best of intentions.

i have decided that i will not tag jjk/mha spoilers anymore unless:
a) it’s something from the newest chapter (including chapter leaks)
b) it’s a gif/image from a new episode/movie
c) it’s my own post that contains info that could spoil anime onlys searching up something jjk/mha related
for snk i will still be tagging anything that was not yet shown in the anime as “snk spoilers”; once the anime starts again i will also tag anything from the newest episode as spoilers.
Some people have asked about taglists recently, so I'm going to go ahead and announce firstly that I do not do taglists. I've done them in the past and they tend to make posting glitchy and a headache. No more.
That being said, I do understand people might want to be alerted for updates, especially if you're following me for one fandom and not both.
So, I've made two sideblogs for this purpose:
-> @sanguine-marvel is for fic updates for ONLY my Marvel fics. Nothing else will be posted except reblogs of Marvel fics written by me.

You can follow these and feel free to turn on notifications for these, or not, whatever you feel. I will not take it personally if you choose to only follow these blogs—I get it, dashboards get cluttered.
