Favorite pastime. Flipping around my living room floor, goofing off. International Yoga Day. So grateful for yoga and the community and family it’s given to me. The opportunity to always learn from it, through it and because of it. Super waheguru to everyone I’ve ever been able to share this practice with, and to the deeper meaning unfolding within us all individually and collectively. Yoga is and always will be a gut check for me. Indicative of life off the mat, it’s a gut check for how I persevere, when I give up, when I push through and how I see myself and others.
