Switched At Birth had some flaws tonight...

SPOILER ALERT

Just watched tonights episode of Switched At Birth and I noticed some things... They broke a window to get into the building, then unlocked the door from the inside even though it required a key from either side (you could see the lock and it had a key hole on the inside when he opened the door even though he had no key)... then they didn't use the window again, and neither did the adults who wanted them to come out. Obviously the adults could have come in and dragged them out or whatever they wanted, and that window was huge so it would have been hard to miss. And also, the episode ended in the cops showing up... but if the window was broken, they could all just bail out the window and run. Am I the only one who noticed all this?
