Something I love about my first language is that you can use whatever pronouns for whoever you want.
In Tamil, we have the usual He/She/It/They pronouns with 2 variations of "They" where it could either be used as a plural term or as a term of respect, but the thing is. You can call anyone using any pronoun, and no one would question you. With the exception of some places for He and She tho- but thats where "They" and "It" come into play! Instead of "Avan"(masc)/"Ava"(Fem), "Athu"(it) or "Avanga"(Neutral) can be used to refer to people!
You could use "Da/Dei" (masc) while refering to Literally anyone (but only in-formally). No one bats an eye. You could use "Di" (fem) while refering to anyone too, but its less common.
And then there's the part where you can refer to anyone as "Pa" or "Ma". Though, "Ma" is less common than "Pa".
Not only that, but you can refer to anyone as "Sami" too, which literally means god, and is neither masc or fem.
This is really amazing for a Trans/Enby/Genderfluid/Genderneutral or basically any sort of Genderqueer person because If you keep using a pronoun to refer to other people, they will eventually start calling you by that pronoun!(Except the "Sami" term tho, you cant get someone to subconciously switch to calling you that)- At least in most places anyways, but I just think this is really neat.
If you doubt if that really works, take it from me, Ive used "Di" like 3 times in my life (only for sarcasam purposes) and Im more comfortable with "Da/Dei". The people whove been around me for long enough (including parents and other family members) almost always refer to me using "Da" because thats what I always use to refer to everyone :]
