Today we are going to take the time to appreciate a special little blorbo. One who I and many others refuse to leave behind in this new year and wish to carry fond memories of into the future.

Riot wasn't quite my favorite character at first. But quite ironically, the longer I had to figure out how his character worked, the more I began to appreciate him. Whether it be out of a fondness for the goofy but troubled kid he proved to be or a personal bias towards the creator as a friend of mine, he eventually came out on top as probably my favorite character of the Digi-Destiny series. He is gone but never forgotten, at peace in his narrative free from the strife of his lived hells.

But we must also remember that there is a person behind the character worth appreciating too. One who is still around and just as deserving of love.

From what I can recall, Pyro headed a lot of the community interaction back in the day. Probably more so than the rest of the Digi-Destiny crew did until recently. He is a friend to me, to many, to a whole community and beyond. I entered the vandom many years ago still trying to get my bearings with digital art, making art for myself, and Pyro was immediately one of the most encouraging people out there. He pushed me to take my art to the next level, being one of the first people to ask me for anything resembling a commission. I wouldn't be the same artist today if it wasn't for his endless kindness and encouragement and for that I am forever thankful to have him as a friend.

I look back at my art of the past fondly. I will always remember the good times I had with Pyro within the vandom as I look forward to the future.

I love and appreciate them both to this day no matter if they are still acknowledged by the larger fandom or not and so do many, many others. I make this post to send the message out unto the vast emptiness of the internet that he will never be forgotten. Neither Riot, nor Pyro. Neither creation nor creator. I will bring only warmth, positivity, and well wishes onto this new year for my friends.

I think it would be really fun and silly if Hatsune Miku was the new Barbie in the same way that she can promote young growing girls to be anything they want because unlike Barbie, Miku can be (and is) a horrifying demon spawn straight out of your sleep paralysis hallucinations sometimes when she feels like it

I've been feeling really off lately. Probably because I haven't been taking my medications regularly, and I've been out of my ADHD meds for a few months. It doesn't help that I keep getting more and more bad news about my college classes and career prospects. Here's some sad rabbit doodles I did about it. At least I think they're sad.
