BLOOM Known powers/abilities - technology expert, size manipulation, electricity, and pyrokinesis. ________________________ In this issue: Mr. Bloom gives people seeds allowing them temporary superpowers. However, these people end up dying later on. Batman tried to uncover the identity of Mr. Bloom. ________________________ Personal thoughts: Mr. Bloom is a very interesting character, with Slenderman-Esque and Steve Jobs visuals. He’s very interesting & would make a great villain in any Batman project. He doesn’t look threatening until he utilizes his size manipulation. He is known as the “anti-joker”. ________________________ Reading Recommendations: BATMAN Vol2 issue 43/44 (first appearance & origin). Batman the Last Knight on Earth.
