Betty White as Rose Nylund in The Golden Girls episode entitled Feelings, originally broadcast by NBC on October 27th, 1990, and Betty with her third (and final) husband, veteran television host Allen Ludden, sixteen years earlier on the game show Tattletales, originally broadcast by CBS on October 7th, 1974 (Olympic gymnast and eventual actress Cathy Rigby can be spotted touching Betty’s arm in gif six). Allen initially answered the question by saying “her body”, which Betty was mildly flattered by, but he changed his answer to “boobs” at host Bert Convy’s prompting “to be more specific”. The Luddens were married from 1963 until Allen’s passing in 1981, with Betty frequently stating afterwards that he was the love of her life and praising his ability to always make her laugh.
