Dealing with another concussion on top of already having a brain injury is really tough. I genuinely don’t think people understand how much of an everyday struggle it is living with this. If I choose to get dressed for the day I have no energy to make myself food to eat. I sleep a lot and I have seizures now, way more often. This shit is hard and everyday I go around being kind to strangers with a smile on my face. Life can be hard but you don’t have to make others suffer with you. I’ve had 4 or 5 concussions since 2016 and I’m still finding ways to be kind. If I have frontal lobe brain damage and can be loving, compassionate and kind, then so can anyone. Be the change you want in the world.
