okay but hear me out: logan is the superior boyfriend. at this point i don't really care who you think is the best boyfriend for rory, but generally speaking he is the best boyfriend a girl could have. first of all he has everything good about hia character. he is good, he is kind, he is smart, funny and he is indeed loyal. yes, he slept with honor's friends but only cuz he thought he lost rory and was looking for a rebound. its not a behaviour i agree with but it is not cheating. also, he loved rory and showed it to her in every given opportunity. he didn't tell her he loved her when it didn't feel right and honestly for a person who was trying out how to be in a relationship for the first time, he did a pretty good job. also, he always put rory and her needs first. like ffs the boy was in the hospital (yes for a stupid thing he did but we all do when we're heartbroken) and he was like damn you should be at school not here with me. he helped with the paper, helped her with her family stuff. he surprised her not one but two times by surprising coming home when he was supposed to be in london. also at that launch party for his company when rory had just found out that her parents are married he was like okah let's get out of here, let's talk about this, let's make it right when it was his party like sjsj. also yes he did tell lucy about rory and marty but 1. the situation was insanely weird 2. id be super jealous as well 3. he apologized so much after that like okay dude we get it you're sorry finally he's good with lorelai. i mean he convinced her to convince rory to give him a second chance with that letter, he invited her to the vineyard becuz he knew how special id be for rory, he was kind and thoughtful and understood their mother-daughter relationship. when lorelai came to talk w rory abt her marriage to chris he left his own house so they could have all the privacy they wanted. he asked lorelai for rory's hand. in the 21st century. because damn the boy bloody well knew he had no chance with rory if lorelai didn't approve. okay and seriously last thing. his persistence. like when they were first broken up becuz rory thought it wasn't a breakup, he did. he literally stalked her but like in a good way. the books, the coffee, the candles, the flowers. he made his presence known in every possible way, and his willingness to do anything to have rory back. that's real love to me babe. he loves that girl so damn much and i knew they were young and i know he shouldn't have given her an ultimatum but we all saw how just dating went for them in the reboot so probably he was right. but don't really blame me if i wish the baby is his.
