Not on Diluc's watch. Especially since you know Angel's share is one of the first places, treasure hoarders like to hit. Because it's so popular, and at the very least, they will be able to steal some dandelion wine that can be sold back at a reasonable price. Diluc is highly annoyed by this. It is not for losing profits but because it inconveniences his customers and ruins his whole shipment schedule.
And anytime it happens, Kaeya is the first one to hear about it. Because it's not often Diluc gets to tease Kaeya. So what he does is complain nonstop about the knights and the burglary, and Kaeya can't drink in peace. Hence, Kaeya gets around to finding the robber and the merchandise only to have the darknight hero already take care of the problem.
They wasted some of Diluc's time so he's wasting some of theirs.
And now Kaeya has to drink with smug side glances from Diluc.
Im still not over the fact that we never got to see steve and bucky just chilling and having fun and enjoying themselves

i honestly have no sympathy for Tul and this whole storyline with Hin or whatever just makes me feel zero things. I don’t know if it’s supposed to explain or justify Tul’s bitterness but honestly? fuck that guy.
the interesting thing I got from this episode though, because i love to note the differences between s1 & s2 Tin, is that Tin experienced betrayal from his brother after he got from the UK (and i don’t know if it’s just because he was Going Through It post-drug scandal but he seemed like a whole different person) vs. in season 1 where he was a child when he heard the most important person to him say that he wanted him dead. assuming this didn’t happen in s2 canon too, both scenarios viscerally changed him obviously, but i imagine the latter more bc that’s his formative years spent building up walls & self-isolating — hence the ice prince — whereas in s2 he’s really way more soft from the get-go (he gave Can a candy!)
