Something that struck me hard about Tommy's video was just...

The way he said Technoblade is the coolest fucking person he knows. The present tense. That realization that yeah, even though he's gone he is a cool person. His memory is still alive and so is he and he is a cool, awesome, kind, person.

The idea that yeah, even though time moves on we don't have to leave things in the past. Not the Dream SMP, not Technoblade, not the absolute batshit phenomenon that was this chaotic cluster of streamers and fans.

We can carry it with us and refer to it in the present tense because even if it isn't right here, right now, it's still awesome. Even if he isn't here - he is still awesome.

Something about refusing to let someone become just a memory. Something about keeping them alive. Something about appreciating what we have.

Thank you Tommy. I needed that.

Ribbons meant for spreading awareness can have many different meanings, since there's only so many colors. The pink ribbon, arguably the most famous of them, stands for Breast Cancer Awareness. Red, HIV Awareness, and so on.

Yellow, for most people, stands for Suicide Prevention Awareness. However, it has another meaning, too.

It also represents awareness surrounding Sarcoma.

I just watched mostly all the vods aaaannnd I still love character Philza Minecraft and Technoblade. Did they do something wrong? Yes. Were they horrible and destructive? Yes. But did they have a point? Yes, they did. Did they go about their point the right way? Not really. And those are the reason why I still love them. Not because they are perfect and they are right or that they have the moral high ground but because everyone, as in the characters, in Dream SMP are flawed and Techno and Phil are not exempted from that.

Even Tommy and Tubbo are not perfect and yet I still love them. Seeing them make mistakes and go through different circumstances makes them feel real. By trying to understand the motivations of the different characters you get to see why they did certain actions. Every character decision, from the right or the wrong, is easily justifiable in the mind of those characters. Every perspective is unique, a person can convince themselves that what they are doing is right with proper the motivation.

You can like/love a character but still disagree with their decisions. Because at the end of the day they are still just that, a character. And let me just say that they are awfully interesting characters. It’s up to you if you still want to watch them make horrible mistakes, and boy do I want to watch them commit anarchy.
