Help me out gang what do I call the kind of services I'm looking to hire here because I'm accepting every time I sit down to try to fix this I just get angry and pissed off and pissy at my partner too and then sit and ignore it for a month and repeat.

I need someone to come either in person or to take control of my computer remotely and help me set up this fucking program because it requires a level of basic coding that despite a decade in the industry my brain refuses to fucking process and reading the documentation 50x has not helped and the few times I've gotten it half working it's updated to a new version that meant it needed the entire process to start all over again and I wanted to scream and I have had like FIVE autistic meltdowns over this but it's the best program existing for what it is and so of course it's entirely an open source project on github that uses Docker and has no automated installers.

So I don't need IT help in the sense that something is broken, but I can't get this shit to work and I am far too ashamed to ask the fucking discord for help with this for the fourth time where do I find the better version of the Geek Squad for tired millennials who know how to torrent and basic HTML but are hitting a fucking wall here.

this is a weird question to ask on Tumblr, but does anyone know anything about portable monitors? im thinking about getting one instead of a straight-up regular monitor because. not going to use it for gaming or anything video intensive other maybe netflix, discord or fucking minecraft, maybe. its about $50 cheaper than buying a regular monitor. i dont want to pay for something that would be a dud.

it comes with all the cords and everything i need. the only thing, that i see, that separates it from a regular monitor is the refresh rate, which is for video intensive stuff, and it doesnt have a base.

hey gang! having super terrible issues with minecraft right now. whenever i open a world of mine (called angelus nidum, home to a mega build of mine) it lets me move around for a bit, then freezes and the game closes out. i'm genuinely super worried, because if this world is corrupted, then i'm unable to get multiple years of work back. if anyone can help, please do- and ask whatever questions you need. i genuinely need to get this world back.

information about the world:

-6.6 MB of information

-bedrock version (on switch)

-huge mega build to the point of lagging

-any duplicates i make have the same issue

-this is not happening to any of my other worlds

-lots of recent work (built a large dragon statue)

I'M LOSING MY MIND

someone. anyone. just a human that understands microsoft or xbox or minecraft

i have been slaving away for at least an hour now; simply trying to get access to Realms Stories because all my friends in the realm are pushing me to set it up. I have gotten nowhere. none of them have had the same issue.

ive gone on a multitude of websites inside and outside of the ones that minecraft actually takes me to. nothing has worked.

I click on my user in the top right. I go to the three dots. I select the top button. behold: another help page telling me to do things I thought I had already done but apparently weren't enough?

I can send/post screenshots to/for anyone that can help, but I don't want to go through all that for them if somebody can help without them.
