Tehsnakerer in his examination of We. The Revolution.
If there is one youtube channel that is video game related that you SHOULD follow. It’s Tehsnakerer. He does some fairly long reviews and general rambling about games and its all very interesting and entertaining. I’m only posting this because he is criminally unpopular and needs to be seen. Under the millions of shitty vidya channels, this one stands out. Good, lighthearted humor, informative and interesting opinions and I guess the fact that he likes janky games like I do, it’s nice to see someone cover some cult classics and other weird bizarre games that often are forgotten about. Good and bad alike. I would start out with his Boiling Point video and then give his recent white gold video a look. The really bizarre, failure of a sequel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoEuQQlGZSQ A very interesting, truly flawed game that I really found myself enjoying way back when. It’s interesting to see how differently people can enjoy games and for what reasons. Give the dudes videos a spin if you can spare an hour or so.
Weiss: RWBY is a series that falls under the weight of its own ambition.
Blake: When I saw RWBY in the store for $20, I thought I found a hidden gem. Except I didn't, and I wished it stayed hidden.
Yang: Unfortunately, RWBY has a sort of fundamental problem, and their name is RWBY.
Jaune: Its merits are clouded by a plethora of bad design choices, uneven writing, and a team of heroes NOBODY wants to save the world.
Cinder: I wanted to like RWBY more than I did. A world under the threat of the Grimm doesn't mean we should just ignore the Grimm.
