You were back at your home country, at home as your top surgery scars were healing. You finally got the drains taken out, and just had to focus on your scars healing.
Sadly though, your boyfriends weren’t available to be with you during it. But they made a point of texting and calling you every second they could. They had promotions to do with wayv, and would hopefully be done within a couple of more weeks. And you couldn’t wait.
You were curled up in your chair watching tv, when you heard a knock at the door. You were confused and faced your mom, who gave you a smile and waved you off, before going to get the door.
You watched her as she opened the door, a box sitting there. She picked it up, bringing it inside going to you.
“Hey y/n? Did you order anything? This is addressed to you.” Your mom said, looking a bit confused as she set it down.
You were confused, shaking your head, until you got a text from the gc with your boys.
Cas: don’t open it until you call us
Cas: we wanna see 😤
Ten: we got you a care package since we can’t actually be there with you
Y/n: … but how do you know I got it? Were you stalking the tracking?
Cas: yes we wanted to know when it got there so you didn’t open it without us :(
Ten: I hate to rush you baby but you might wanna call us soon, Lucas is really excited and misses you
Ten: we’re free now so don’t worry
Y/n: alright, I’ll call now
You smiled fondly at your phone and then the box. You grabbed a pillow and moved down to sit on the floor. You propped your phone against the pillow, before pressing the video call button.
You were a mess, your hair was all over the place and you were wearing the comfiest clothes you had. The jacket you were wearing however, just so happened to be Lucas’.
You weren’t worried though, having video called them for a while, even when you had your drains still in.
They quickly answered, using tens number. Lucas was snuggled into Ten, his arms wrapped around him as he rested against ten, smiling happily at the screen.
Ten kissed Lucas head before having to the camera, smiling at you.
“Oh my god baby, I know you said you got your drains out, but look at you, I’m so proud.” Ten said smiling.
You couldn’t help but smile also, nodding fast. You unzipped the jacket and showed your chest. It still had bandages, and was padded from the gauze underneath.
“I can’t wait to see the bandages off, you’re gonna be more handsome than ever- wait, hey! That’s my jacket!” Lucas said, but it was clear he wasn’t upset about it.
You couldn’t help but giggle, nodding as you zipped your jacket back up carefully. “I missed you guys a lot, and I remember I had a jacket that I could use of yours so I’ve been using it.” You explained.
You had to be careful what you wore since you couldn’t raise your arms that well. A jacket and button down shirts were the easiest to handle.
“We missed you too baby, especially the puppy-“ ten said, causing Lucas to glare. Ten gave him a ‘try it’ look, which caused you to laugh.
You carefully tilted the box on its side before cutting it open. The second you flipped the folds out of the way, you could immediately smell both of their colognes, which caused you to physically relax.
You reached in seeing a note, smiling to yourself as you unfolded it. They noticed you grabbed it and went quiet, wanting you to be able to read it.
Hey my baby, we’re really sorry we couldn’t be there for you for such an important moment. I know you keep telling us it’s okay and you understand, and you knew what you were getting yourself into by dating us, but still. Xuxi came up with the idea of getting you a care package to help you recover, and I agreed. We researched the best we could while also keeping you and your likes in mind. There’s also something in there from the other boys, they missed you lots. We love you so much baby, and we’re so proud of you. -ten.
You couldn’t help it as your eyes watered reading the note, folding it back up. You wiped your eyes and looked at them, a fond smile dancing on your lips.
“You idiots, it’s okay that you’re not physically here, I knew this was probably gonna happen, and it’s okay. You guys are here, you’re constantly texting and calling and checking in on me, and hell now you guys are giving me gifts. I love you both so much, don’t feel bad, please.” You said, looking at the two.
“We just really want to hold you and help you with the pain.” Lucas said pouting, ten silently shushing him to soothe him.
“You can soon.” You said smiling to him reassuringly, before pulling out a few jackets, they were new but they had both of their colognes sprayed on it. To you, that scent smelled like home.
You careful folded then and placed them to the side, before pulling out a switch game, Mario cart. You glared are the camera before showing them.
“Ya, why would you spend this much money on me?” You whines, looking between them and the game.
“Because we want to spoil you, and get to play with you. All of us have it, and we wanted to be able to play with you. Also because we remember you telling us playing on the switch was easy while confined to your chair.” Ten explain, laughing at the last part.
You hated it when they spent money on you, but you were also really grateful. There was also candy and chips from korea in the box, making you smile. You pulled them out, then seeing small bags.
Each of them had one of the wayv members name on it. They were small bags of snacks from their home country that they loved. You couldn’t help but smile, looking at the stuff you got.
“Thank you guys so much, tell the boys thank you for me too.” You said, grabbing your favorite bag of chips, opening them.
“I’m glad you like them all baby.” Ten said, watching his lover with a fond smile.
When you looked closer, you could see the whipped look in their eyes as they watched you, and you couldn’t help but blush slightly.
You knew, there was no chance in hell you’d ever lose them, that they truly did love you, and would always be there for you.
“We were thinking, when promotions are over, we come visit and spend some time with you?” Ten said, Lucas nodding next to him.
“We miss you so much, we just want to see you and spend time with you in person, if you’re up for it.” Lucas chimed in.
“By the time you’re done I think I’ll be well enough for anything, I’d love it if you guys came. And oh oh, I could show you around my town.” You said excitedly, your eyes lighting up.
“Then we’ll see you soon, we gotta go sadly, I love you.” Ten said, Lucas also saying he loves him as he got up.
“I love you both as well, thank you.” You said, smiling and waving before they left the call.
You sighed in content, waiting your chips as you looked at all the gifts. You already felt a million times better.
