Happy Valentine's Day and Aromantic Awareness Week!!!
I think this time of year is kind of fun. We have Valentine's Day and then almost immediately Aromantic Awareness Week. I know not everyone in the aro is a fan of Valentine's Day, and I understand. There are certainly aspects I don't like. But I personally enjoy it and I like that I can celebrate both of these so close to each other!
In order to celebrate both of these events, I decided to write a little Tesseroki fic. The first chapter shows how they celebrate Valentine's Day, and the second one shows how they celebrate Aromantic Awareness Week.
As for their relationship and romantic/sexual orientation, that is left up to interpretation. Perhaps they feel romantic attraction and are dating. Or maybe they don't feel romantic attraction but are dating regardless. Or they could be in a queerplatonic relationship. They possibly are aroallos in a sexual relationship. Or might be celebrating as friends. They could even be loveless aros. Or aplatonic. They also could be closeted. Or another other situation you can think of. I tried my best to leave it vague. They never once say they love each other with the specific word love. There is no mention of dating. The closest there is is that the Avengers clearly know that Tess and Loki have a deep connection (thus I can easily see it being interpreted as the two being in the closet and everyone thinks they are dating). But even when the Avengers talk about Valentine's Day, they say that it can be celebrated by friends and family. So, definitely isn't perfect but I tried to keep everything vague.
The first chapter was published on Valentine's Day, the second one a little bit after Aro Awareness Week (sorry I got behind a bit).
