okay. okay!! I see I have made one mistake.

The only tragedy in reading teen wolf fic that almost entirely ignores canon after 3A, especially sterek fic specifically is that most of those fics do not give Lydia Martin the credit she deserves.

In so many of them, Lydia is pretty much entirely reduced to “that super smart girl stiles was in love with for awhile” which like. Okay. But LYDIA MARTIN deserves better.

Lydia Martin is magic and strength and a god damned evil mastermind of epic proportions and red hair. Lydia Martin could kick my ass, and I would say thank you. (For those of you who know me, this is actually notnout of character for me. Some of my best friends are actually beautiful women who step on me. I’m just saying. I mean it. It’s only polite.)

Anyway canon non-compliant sterek fic is my bread and butter, but goddamn I need more fics with Lydia Martin.
