Hi N! I almost forgot to tell you some extra news!
1. At 17th June after almost 2 years new Ballpoint comic arrived. Ballpoint: Bot Swap comics is officially available!
Aslo fun trivia : according to the Ballpoint comics, faction insignias got their own names. Autobot insignia name is Aurora, Decepticon insignia's name is Steve. In Transformers Prime media there was also a Vehicon named Steve coincidentally!

2. And this one is more about my speculation than news - so according to the September's issue of Transformers comics, Thundercracker becomes part of Superion!
There are several ways to become or construct a Combiner team:
1 - Enigma of Combination. This artifact belonged to Nexus Prime - the first Combiner! If several cybertronians find and activate the Enigma, their minds combines into one entity - a gestalt!
2 - This one is more traditional way - 5,6 or more bots usually built for specific purpose, functions and combination gimmick. In that way G1 Constructicons, G1 Stunticons and G1 cartoon Aerialbots are built!
3 - Energon transfusion from Combiner team to some bots also triggers Combination ability. In this way G1 Protectobots came to be!
4 - T-Cog modification is partially mentioned in Marvel comics if I'm not mistaken,
5 - least pleasant way to be a Combiner - get dumped into nuclear waste. That happened to Bumblebee and his team in Robots in Disguise 2015 series! Because of that accident, Ultra Bee existed...
Also lightning round of birthday lists:
1. June 13th was birthday of David Mendenhall - voice actor of Daniel Witwicky! David in my opinion was the youngest cast member of the G1 series! He voiced Spike Witwicky's son - Daniel Witwicky in Transformers 1986's the Movie and in the several episodes of 3rd and 4th season!
2. 15th June was b-day of Stephen Keener - G1 voice actor is Fortress Maximus and Scorponok and more characters,
3. 19th June was birthday of Bumper Robinson - voice actor of Animated Bumblebee and Blitzwing! And in Animated ironically exists a bot named Bumper in some crowd scenes. He's also moldmate of Animated there like Wasp or Cliffjumper!
