wait wait- did Bumblebee work with/supervise Megatron back when he was D-16? am i reading this right?

Bee didn’t work with Megatron, he was just part of the scouting party that found him! At this point during the war the Autobots were attempting to capture Kaon from Decepticon hands, and it was during this conflict that D-16 popped out. As I put in the initial post, the Autobots present were expecting a bunch of different Cybertronians, so when D-16 was the only one born they were all extremely wary.

I guess you can say that D-16 being born near Kaon already made him more attracted to the Decepticon movement than with the Autobots, so he escaped their temporary base. Everyone was already burned out by attacking Kaon, so when D-16 escaped and beat the guards, they had to let him go. If you ask Megatron, he doesn’t remember a single Autobot from his first days of life, so hearing Bee say his initial designation shocked and annoyed him.

since i've clearly been in a mood: i wanted to draw something my friend and i were talking about earlier about how waspinator would act all weepy about his organic half to get pity sex. ironhide is irritated but game recognizes game. he does not fall for it tho lmaooo

The recent art you did makes me think of poor Bee being judged because of his sharp teeth. If it’s not “normal” for an autobot, it’s gonna stick out to a lot of others. And certain people (cough cough Sentinel I mean what-) would use that to put him down :(
