*He snorts out a little laugh when you call Kindaichi the onion guy, curious to how you got that name. Thinking about it though, he can see the resemblance* “Oh I know all about guys’ gossiping. I’m pretty sure the rest of Seijoh now know that I’ve got a date with the prettiest gal from Karasuno. Also, nah, Tanaka-san wasn’t rude. He was a little rough, but he gave me the right pointers I needed. He also has a strong handshake. I think it’s Sawamura-san I have to be worried about, right?”
*He gets giddy when you get bashful, finding you so damn adorable as you duck your head. The urge to kiss you, rising* “Makki and Mattsun are supportive and Tooru wasn’t that obnoxious. Though, he has been saying he’s got that matchmaking magic, so I hung up on him. I’ll call him back tomorrow. Honestly, they just want me to be happy and right now, I am” *He gives you a soft smile and a squeeze to your hand he’s holding* “What about Karasuno? What do they think about you and me?”
*The train conductor announces their stop, and he looks around to see a bunch of other people ready to get off as well. He tugs you close to him* “Keep close to me, okay? I don’t wanna lose you”

*I smile at his compliment but then furrow my eyebrows curiously as he talks about his encounter with Tanaka. What had my Karasuno friend said about me?* He… gave you the right pointers? What does that mean?
*Hearing that I have the approval of his friends distracts me from my slight concern over Tanaka and I giggle when he admits to hanging up on Oikawa* You don’t need to worry about Daichi. I’ve known him forever and, like your friends, he just wants me to be happy. I haven’t heard anything from my other Karasuno friends about us yet though.
*he doesn’t have to tell me twice to stay close as we make our way off the train because it gives me the chance to cling to his arm. I watch his face as he gets us safely off the platform and through the crowd, admiring his stern expression as he concentrates on keeping me safe and comfortable. I give his hand a squeeze just so he’ll glance over and I can smile at him.* I’m so excited for the cherry blossoms Zumi babe.
