Rosemary-Balsamic Brussels Sprout & Roasted Garlic Egg White Tart with Rosemary Sweet Potato Crust served with Rosemary Balsamic Reduction Long story short, although this tart showed up to the photoshoot and shined, it did not deliver in the taste department. It was flavorful and flavorless at the same time and the textures were all off. Sooo you can imagine how mortified I was when I brought this to a Friendsgiving and not a single piece was finished. This is a primary example of how a recipe can be pushed too far in an attempt at infusing too many flavors in combination with trying to keep it healthy. It is back to the drawing board with this one and I WILL NOT be bringing one to Thanksgiving as originally planned. I will save everyone's taste buds.
