Your F/O pressed up right against your back as they adjust your form, correct your grip, or otherwise help you maintain a deep enough stance...... all the while, their hands never leaving your body and their hot breath just a ghost over the shell of your ear........
And whenever you take a great shot or land a blow in the right way, they're right there against you whispering soft praise to you, sending goosebumps raising all over your form~
We report in the space of a few seconds, while the light shines just at the right angle, through the correct type of air: there is a small bit of iridescence sojourning on the edge of a cloud. This time, for once, we let it vanish without alerting anyone to its presence.
FINALLY. After about two weeks of work and a tad longer dreaming about it; BIG OL BRAIN PORTRAIT. Inspired by what @hello-heteronyms did over here!
The idea is to let everyone draw themselves. Much, MUCH easier said than done. And yet! (half of it only taking two weeks is some stroke of luck having Mads and Finn front naturally and then drawing themselves. Something Something finals week something something.)

Some parts of ours don't front and/or don't like fronting. Hati, Rhea, and 🦌 gave some sort of final look they wanted/gave instructions on the process while the rest of us managed the work. Rhea's was the most complicated; but that came down to getting the blown out pink look. Yes the body of hers is from "The Portrait of Madame X."
The above probably happened to some extent with everyone, though we did find each part drawing themself 1) how they wanted and 2) in their style helped them come to the front to like. Yknow. Work on it. Especially notable with The Dragon who basically never fronts.
So basically; Ophelia did hers right before her comic! She started it ^-^. Sirius started chipping away at his next time he fronted (took the longest at basically the whole week between Ophie and Mel's). By some pure luck, Mel fronted in a good mood about a week ago and drew hers; thought about proper painting but decided(?) not to. Flea also fronted; Angel tried to calm it down and the self-portrait was part of it. Don't remember if The Angel did its between Mel and Flea's or after? (ANGEL NOTE: after. one of us maybe me did a sketch as a warmup. I tried lining it but it looked like shit so i winged the final one.) Either way once Angel finished we worked on some of the photomanipulation ones; then set up the final image. The Dragon doesn't really fully front but is capable of basically influencing/doing its own artwork? He finished off a sketch we made around when Sirius started his. The little guys other then Flea expressed wanting to do theirs at a similar time, so did them about a day apart; most of the rest of us have an easier time coming to front on our own and thus just did ours in order about like any project we're passionate about. Fionn gave up half way through but thought it was good so came back later and added like, two lines then quit. Jay was last and we are very tired and kinda just wanted his over with; so ditched the more artistic approach for an extremely direct one. [ARCHIVIST'S NOTE: eh if you want a good one it's over here].
An important note here if you're looking to do this is that we have pretty strong internal communication and that helps LOADS. Also getting a "of course you'd influence each other" thing 1) told to Lyf and 2) having some other guys beat them over the head with that made it a lot easier. Host stop stressing challenge (impossible).
A very funny bit was Mel lamenting that she wished she was this cool irl while insisting on drawing herself only with/in things we own. Yes including the sword. The one exception being we still haven't spiked our jacket. Tbh a good number of us drew ourselves basically in clothes we have.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee are sleep deprived so don't know how much sense this will make yaaaaaaay!!

The parallels and differences between all of the Seven and the Justice League are still so interesting to me. All of the things that the league could do that the seven actively participate in. Also the idea of Clark purposefully doing anything Bruce wants whenever Homelanders watching after that little "you let him talk to you like that"
