surgeon was getting ready to leave for lunch, today had seemed particularly long. and he was ready for the quick break. he rubbed his eyes a bit, he was kept up last night by Kide who was having nightmares, after a moment, he actually dozed off at the table. (the-k9-unit)

Dahl was walking down the halls of the ICU, a clipboard in hand as he went and checked up on the patients directly. Every room he checked was one mark for the clipboard. Once he had finished, he sighed and set about checking in on the nurses and doctors. He counted them all and found one to be missing… strange. Where was Surgeon?

The Head Doctor chuckled at the name, so ironic of it… Eventually he made his way into the break room, where he found the poor thing passed out over the table. Dahl crossed his arms and sighed loudly, leaning against the wall. “Surgeon.”

Happy Ending AU aka College AU @thatscreechinghellhound

In this AU, there are no magic conflicts so Star’s story goes straight into art college and becomes friends with all different types of people, even from outside of her college. Everyone here is human.

Star - art student. u know. like how i am. came to the city for a fresh start. she lives in an apartment condo alone.

Stella and Nova - stella’s coat is probably a different color but both of them are Star’s house pets.

Eris - Star’s barista that flirts with everyone. has a secret job outside of the coffee shop he works at and denies having that secret job. knows Star because he gives her tea every morning before class

Jason - Star’s friend??? that one quiet dude that just focus on his studies. and i mean he’s very focused. majors in neurology, minors in engineering. Star always sees him in the coffee shop every morning, but never has the urge to talk. they finally met on a rainy day.

Sistar - Jason’s girlfriend, or more so, Jason’s friend who is obsessed with him. they met in high school and she followed him to the same college. dislike towards art students. majoring in psychology, minors in fashion

Irvin - Jason’s neurology professor and a good friend of him. close connections towards family so Irvin has known Jason for a while. Star only knows him because they both go to the same pho place at the same day and time. they often meet because Jason brings Star to dinners with Irvin to talk about studies. incredibly rich.

Smiler - Jason’s mysterious “friend” who always wears a motorcycle helmet. Star only calls him to drive to Jason’s place. he seems to know everything despite not being around all the time.

Ash - Star’s neighbor and also brotherly figure. lives next door to her. always asks to go out to places with her because he doesnt like going alone bc its awkward. has unknown hate for rich people

Prism, Harmonia, Mayhem, Michael - Star’s friends who are in art school. usually they go out to eat together with her or visit her apartment time to time. they dont matter haha amiright

"Unbind me" Kids goofy self got himself stuck in a storage closet

Anoor was just trying to leave. They’d apologised to the nice security guard (even gotten his name actually - Lionel. They’d have to remember that, if ever the two crossed paths again.), and now they just wanted to leave, go home, drink some tea and sleep until the next day.

Seemed the day had other plans.

They heard a loud crash just a bit down the hall they’d been walking down to get back to the lobby - a crash and a surprised yelp.

They turned their head towards the noise, noticing a door a few meters away. A door that they distinctly remembered being open when they walked past it.

Taking a few steps closer they could hear a long, soft whine from inside the door. Scuffling of movement, the clatter of objects hitting each other.

Did they really have to do this?

Anoor sighed, claws gripping around the handle. They couldn’t just leave whoever got stuck in there to, well, be stuck. Not when they’d been right there to hear it happen.

With a huff Anoor pulled the door open, quickly stepping aside as various brooms and assorted boxes previously leaning on said door fell out with a loud clatter. A big, furry shape fell with the tools, a whumpf as the hounds landed on the floor, legs tangled in the long handle of a broom.

Honestly, they hadn’t expected that. But it was kinda funny when the monster lifted their head in surprise, looking in all directions and sporting a very confused expression when they finally saw Anoor beside the open door.

“Oh!” the hound’s ears lifted, a grin appearing on the double maw. “Did you open the door?” Anoor nodded, making no move to help the fallen monster up. They didn’t seem to mind, scrambling up and dusting themselves off, tail wagging behind them. “Thank you! I just went in there to put back some things, and all this fell over and got me stuck inside..” Kidemónas boofed awkwardly, scratching behind an ear. “Thought I’d be stuck in there forever.”

Anoor flicked an ear, their own tail swishing slowly behind them. “Glad I could help you out, then.” They took a step away, brushing a hand through the fur on their chest. “But I really shouldn’t keep you from your work. Don’t get stuck in another closet now.”

They turned and left, leaving a confused hound behind in the mess of boxes and brooms. They were no longer in the mood for socialising.
