Ranking the Jesus Christ Superstar Betrayal Kisses

Don't ask why I had this idea. I just... did. Chronological order of release date. Don't worry, I don't ship Jesus/Judas. I ship Jesus/Mary Magdalene.

First off, 1973.

WHAT IS THAT?! It took me absolutely forever to find a crappy picture of a crappy kiss. 1/10.

Now, the 2000 movie

HOLY TAGATHA! Jerome and Glenn's acting in this is phenomenal.

I could barely tell that that was on the CHEEK. Took me 10 minutes of watching this GIF to figure it out.

Pathetic little kiss on the temple. I mean, I can't really blame Tim Minchin, when this was filmed, he had a wife and two young kids; he was devoted to them. But wait for it...

BEN FORSTER'S HUG! This makes up the sucky temple kiss redeemed.

50th Anniversary North American Tour

This was my first JCSS production, so this one will always be near and dear to my heart. I'm not sure why Judas' understudy is in ALL OF THE OFFICIAL PHOTOS but whatever. I would have totally found a GIF but I couldn't find one. I loved how Judas' hands were dipped in silver paint so we could know that he still betrayed Jesus, therefore he is still guilty, but not as guilty as we think. Solid 8/10.

It's 12:40 AM. I have school. I need sleep.

But I really enjoyed this.

I will open my ask box for suggestions of something like this for some of my other fandoms and this one, too. I am not telling you guys all of them because I am far too tired. Just look through my minuscule blog.

So, no Draco and Hermione in this chapter, just aurors doing their business to dismantle the conspiracy... Sort of action packed.

The large eagle figurine that sat on Sloane’s desk began to move. Harry wondered, what it meant, and itched to take the eagle into his hands, checking if it was of a similar kind as the figurines.

Sloane picked up a sheet of paper and studied it. Harry could have sworn that there hadn’t been any letters on the sheet before Sloane had taken it. The lawyer gave him a smile that made Harry’s hackles rise.

He reached into one of his drawers, telling Harry that he would give him a contract for legal advice.

But instead of papers, he produced a vial he shattered on himself, before Harry or Ginny could prevent him. For a second, mist rose from his person before it evaporated.

My 6 Most Anticipated Books of Fall 2020!

Since the last books of Summer 2020 have now been released, here are the books I’m looking forward to most this Fall.

Ready Player Two (Ernest Cline): Ready Player One is one of my favorites of the 2010s (and ever?), so I am beyond pumped for Ready Player Two.

The Devil and the Dark Water (Stuart Turton), The Arrest (Jonathan Lethem), The Invisible Life of Addie Larue (V.E. Schwab) & The Loop (Jeremy Robert Johnson): These are all straight up my alley... extremely high concept mystery/horror/sci-fi/fantasy goodness.

Greenlights (Matthew McConaughey): I don’t normally get excited about non-fiction/memoir releases (one a year, on average), but it’s Wooderson, so clearly this is a day one read.

What books are you most exited to dive into this Fall?
