You can find him standing around in the trials. Approach him and he’ll offer you whatever he’s got in his coat. There’s a 50-50 chance he’ll give you something good or something bad. The good candies will give you certain perks like: higher stamina, or noise reduction etc. and the bad ones can make you sick or hallucinate etc. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA GUYS??KWKDKS
