Ok but every theory of Luffy's true dream being to go to space I've seen has never mentioned that Luffy wanted a telescope when he, Sabo, and Ace were little. If his dream is really something like "I'm gonna sail the stars" then the telescope connection is fucking insane. I'm generally not a fan of Space Piece as an ending to the series, but I lowk feel spoiled every time I read those theories. If Oda pulls this out at the end of the series I need to be able to look back at this moment and sob.
