Declan, greeting the rest of The Lancers: Hello LGBTQA+ community.
DONT worry y’all the lancers dnd au is coming soon. I’m deciding to make character sheets or not to be funny.
"unless they’re somehow able to face him together" "remembers all the awesome tag duels Zexal has" PLOT TWIST!! (that I doubt is going to happen because yeah, Playmaker has dibs on him, but still) maybe Aoi and Yusaku tag duel against revolver! so it can show how strong Rev really is by going toe to toe against two strong opponents, and stablishes and develops a relationship among the three, meanwhile Go doesn't duel Rev because something happens to him, maybe Mistery man or Rev's dad.
(In reference to this post.)
I’ve discussed the possibility of tag duels before, and while the new playing field would need to be modified (at least in the anime), I would love to see it happen!
Because tag duels have always been a great way to see characters dueling side-by-side. I haven’t watched Zexal yet, but I remember one of the most powerful duels in Arc V was when Shun, Gongenzaka, Shingo, Serena and Tsukikage faced off against the Obelisk Force during Battle Royale; for me, that was the moment I began to really recognize them as a team.
If Playmaker’s going to team up with Blue Angel and ‘Go’, I want the three of them to have a similar moment where they have to fight side-by-side, where they really have to depend on each other.
But, sticking specifically to a Playmaker-Blue Angel tag duel against Revolver
Idk how well Cyberse and Trickstars would work together, but I think this would be a great way to explore what they’ve already got going on. They’ve each saved each other’s lives, know about each other’s pasts, are both taking on the Knights of Hanoi, and are both seen as heroes by the general populace.
Still, they have yet to be in a position where they’ve truly, truly needed to rely on each other. Can’t really say how Blue Angel would react to being in that position, but I don’t think Playmaker would take well to it. At all. It’s one thing to have her come in and take on a rouge AI who’s trying to take Ai from him by force; it’s another thing to have his victory (and really, his life) hinging on how well she does.
Right now the only person Yusaku even tenuously relies on is Shoichi, and I would gather it took them a long time to develop such a strong bond. So to have to trust Blue Angel to the same extent on the fly would probably take a lot of conscious effort on his part…
But that would be the beauty of it. Unless they come to some understanding before the (hypothetical) tag duel, I think the very point of it would be for Playmaker to stop seeing Blue Angel as a distant ally, and start seeing her as a close one.
YALL being a dennis fan is weird.
Cause I care too much about this trapeze traitor bitch to be healthy anyway I made this on Instagram and didn’t share it here. Behold my boy
it's been awhile since i posted something like this but i need to let my opinions known on the subject
