My question is pretty simple, but as of recently, I've been wanting to use the list method to manifest some of my desires because I feel that it may be more effective for me. One of my main goals is weight loss, and putting it on the list isn't necessarily the problem. For me, the problem is how I should go about putting this on my list, shoukld i right it in the current "I have lost" or should I write it in a more awaiting acquisition "__ pounds lost" format, and is there any true difference at all? If you could possibly go a little in-depth on the list method as well, that may be more helpful. (If this is a stupid question, you can just ignore).
LIST METHOD | LAW OF ASSUMPTION QUESTION
— hiii!! please don't call your questions stupid! — it doesn't matter how you write your wish in the list. you'll get what you want anyway. so leave it as it is — i know exactly as much about the list method as you do. you make a list of your desires, and then you decide that you already have them all. it is advisable to follow a mental diet, but even by reacting to 3d, you can manifest all your desires — some people spend their days affirming things like "i have everything on my list" — or they listen to the list method subliminals. for example, this one or this one — but know that whether you spend hours affirming or listening to subliminals, you already have everything you want right now — also ignore those who say that manifesting a wish list will take a lot of time than manifesting just one thing
