undulating ungulates :)
day five of making you all want to listen to SUFFS
"I want my mother to know I was here." "I want my sisters to know I was here." "I want my great-granddaughter to know I was here." "I want my students to know I was here." "I want my niece to know I was here." "I want your great-granddaughter to know I was here." "I was here."
Oh God, what if Bucky got shot and killed just as he was crossing over the wall to escape the march with Gale and the others? And George had to pull an agonized Gale away so that Gale didn’t get shot by the guard who was pointing his gun over the wall to shoot at them, too?
Cue the song “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables” from Les Miserables after Gale and the others got away and were safe, and Gale was able to sit and mourn the loss of his best friend, the one who had needed the escape more than any of them. 💔
For the daydream of a character walking menacingly through a crowd.
Or for any other imaginings, throw those into the hashtags!
The Dear Hunter - The March [Unfinished Animatic]
it’s been a couple of years, but I may still want to give this another pass. I’d change Hunter’s design, for one. But this is the basic blocking I imagined for the first part of the song. It’s one of their best, and I think it has to be sufficiently dramatic, or there’s little point.
Not a fan of The Dear Hunter? Why not, where have you been?
