    a safe bet was that red wasn't the most experimental when it came down to eating. he knew what he liked and what he didn't, and most the time getting him to try something new could be... fairly difficult. but regardless here he is, holding onto two snow cones, as instructed. and now he's here standing before her, offering to her what he was told to get. it was a bit of a hassle, all in all, but not anything he couldn't handle.

    waiting for her to take the cone from his hand he decides it's a great idea to bite right into the thing. you know, teeth and all. into shaved ice. maybe that wasn't... the best idea.

After staying in towns for the past few days, Noctis decides that it'll be a nice change of pace to go into the wilderness for a while. Finally he's alone with Prompto with no ghosts to bother him. But, a forage in the wild turns into a hunt and it goes downhill from there.

Takes place in a universe where the ghosts of Cloud and Zack help Noctis along his journey.

After finally finding their second to last map piece the Chocobros set sail for Altissia in order to make a deal with the Hydraean. Of course, as soon as they arrive the demons on Noctis' shoulders urge him to ignore his mission and enjoy himself. Heeding their wisdom he takes Prompto on another misadventure and finally accepts the love he had for the other man. Oh, and there's icecream too. And flowers.

New chapter is up!

~ The spirits call upon the King of Light, Noctis Lucis Caelum, to fulfill the prophecy and bring peace to the land. In order to protect Noctis, King Regis summons two powerful Messengers to guide him through his journey.

Although, he may have accidentally called the spirits of Cloud and Zack from another world. Oh well, they'll have to do.

Haha had slipped outside for a while while the beach sand was still warm from the day’s sun even after it had dipped below the Horizon. Os had half a mind to join her, as he often did. They had gotten used to living together in the small home near the beach, and taking for granted all the comforts a home by the sea afforded them. It hadn’t always been that way. When their last home had been taken from them in splinters and embers after the bomb, Oswyn’s property had been little more than a dilapidated cottage with boards in it’s windows and weeds choking the front yard. All they had around them, they had built with their own hands. It still amazed him, he’d never imagined he’d be able to build something like this.

But despite himself, he had, with the right person to give him the right motivation. He looked around the workshop they had turned that old crumbling basement into, not to mention the other rooms they had carved from the ground around it. It had always been his priority, though. He knew as soon as he brought her here and she had come up with the idea, that he wanted to give that to her. She had lost so much in the fires, all of her projects, months of ideas and hopes. This one would be safe, and it would be hers. 

He wandered around the large, glowing magiteck table that occupied the middle of the room, tracing his fingertips along the edge of the golden metal that formed it’s frame. He never did quite figure out how the holograms work that allowed Haha to have such fine control over her designs. He should do that, he knows. It would just mean finding the right book, maybe he’d go into town tomorrow and check the bookstore for anything new on tech. But the store would be closed now, and he wanted to be here when Haha come back inside. 

As he was about come back to the same spot he had started from, he glanced up, over one of the few shelves in the home that still had some space. For the better part, it was filled with inventions Haha had come up with, a few projects that were his own bad ideas. He was smart enough to know the difference between his and hers. And above those, the project that had taken up the better part of a weekend for the pair, the model airship with moving parts. He had struggled far more than she had with the instructions, a few of the vague lines leaving him scratching his head until she came over to do it herself. Os had thought the project was silly at the time, but now he couldn’t imagine the room without the small wind up vehicle, despite the fact that it didn’t look anything like the Fortress or the Beanie. He closed his eyes and smiled, nodding. This house was filled with so many new memories, and it had the potential for so many more. He had to protect it, and her. Mention: @io-saar ‘s Haha
