rewatching the 2nd doctor era and the way Jamie just goes full Half Dying in the Moon Base seems a bit dramatic after just bumping his head (while wearing a helmet) so I have decided that he's in such bad shape because his body is like 'oh wow we just experienced a battle, running for our life, being held captive, taken out of time, almost dying a bunch, and climbing out of an underwater city in a VERY short period of time with no processing time. Nap time'
