i have unintentionally made Eva’s family (the Riley Arambula family of Mexico City) into the Mexican Aristocracy version of the Melih Bey Set from the turkish novel, Aşk-ı-Memnu/Forbidden Love
read this excerpt from chapter 1 and tell me that's not Eva's family(yes this means that whoever marries into them are seen as part of the Riley-Arambula family and not a seperate entity in high society)
