fans' love for jimin, and unfortunately, hybe's incompetence (read: negligence), really unleashed something fierce in us because all of these milestones were achieved despite setbacks and unsatisfying promotions. such resilience from his true fans speaks volumes.

also hybe could've gone all out for jimin but they did not and perhaps they never will. sure they're benefitting from jimin while he's still there but this is another big 'fuck you' to them for being pos and for underestimating his power. that man is thriving with and w/o his group and even w/o big collabs. he's fucking impressive; a cut above the rest.

Pen if you are looking at lawn alternatives I beg you to look for something that’s local while also encouraging you to do it. There’s a local park near me that not only educates on why it’s better (water needs, pollinators, etc) they even sell seeds. There’s got to be something similar near you

yep, local's the plan! that's one of the reasons i was looking into common violets. my city ordinance lists a bunch of plants (including milkweed NO MATTER HOW MANY EMAILS AND CALLS I MAKE ABOUT HOW MILKWEED IS IMPORTANT FOR BUTTERFLIES) that are "noxious" and forbidden and also specifies that no "weeds" can be higher in a yard or on a sidewalk than 12 inches. common violets apparently get about 4-6 inches high and are also native to my area. i like the idea of a clover yard as well even if it's not a native plant, but i'd like to steer away from monoculture as much as possible. i think a violet-clover yard could be nice, but i'm trying to see if they would play nice together or if the violets would choke the clovers out.
