Just imagine a life where every second you regret not saying something and not expressing yourself! It will be hell nauseating. Now when I say its important to express oneself, I don't always mean conversing with someone. True expression has no language. Its the most truest voice of your heart. You can just write it out, rain your canvass with the colour of your heart's state, hum your favourite music note and on on.. I always believe that you should have atleast one form of an art in your life on which you can rely in any situation to emanate your upsurge of emotions! What do you guys think?
