I am a fan of Sandie Jones, and was not disappointed with this book. I loved the way you are taken on this insane journey of trust, marriage, friendship and deceit. I actually thought I had the plot figured out, but was highly mistaken as I read the book. A must read in my opinion! As with her first book, I couldn't wait to figure out what the hell was going on- a fast paced and exciting thriller, a modern whodunit, perfect for a weekend away or a day on the beach!! The Book This thriller is THRILLING! I really absolutely had to know what was going on and who I was supposed to be mad at because I was damn sure it wasn't Alice! 🌹🌹🌹🌹 The Writing Just like before, Jones strikes a great chord between descriptive backstory and keeping the rhythm of the book going. I felt like I had plenty of information about everyone when I needed it without getting bogged down and bored. 🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️ Readability With the exception of that medication-induced hiccup, this was one I couldn't finish fast enough.
