idk, idk. i mean, either she's going back to interpol (which i doubt at this point, tbh) or he has something to do with the case. i will die if they actually are because oh god i wouldn't know how to feel.

well that’s not fucking effective or informative at all. jeez that sucks bb. i know how you feel bc my saturday class is the same; my lab prof SUCKS & can’t teach for shit. if it weren’t for my great lecture prof i would be dead.
for a while there, most of the class was just guest speakers; all reporters, of course, but we ended up finding out that the main way one of them agreed was because she was dating him. and omg, one day the guy who was meant to teach came in as a speaker the week before he moved, and it was the best day and all of us were so upset that he wouldn't show up anymore.
but yeah, we all figure that we're gonna end up getting As because she just has no idea what she's doing. i'm on tumblr during class, tbqh.

ugh i have saturday morning classes too :(
ugh, i can't even be mad either because the professor is a full time staff member for the detroit free press so it's really the only time she can do it.
but long story short, she wasn't meant to teach this class originally and has no idea what the fuck she's doing so i never want to go. like...it's going so bad that the journalism department is considering getting rid of the class all together after this semester is over.
thelimetomytequila replied to your post: thelimetomytequila replied to your post: YESSS....
well i’m glad you think that way lol. and i’ll continue to happily wait for them and fangirl over them until you tire of me and my keysmashes (which is all i feel i do lately tbh)
oh, i'll never tire of it. it makes me smile, as do you, bb.
YESSS. More WC fic hehe. After you'd complete the current one, more Neal/The Burkes (bc it is a wonderful pairing), probably where the relationship is more established and they can be more kinky and open with each other, ohhh and maybe some office sex, and/or El and Neal tie up Peter and pleasure him (and maybe some orgasm denial thrown in there) & maybe I should shut up now.
Lucky for you Rosie, I was considering making this an entire universe. So you just might see some of this.
ok so because i like to tease people, i'm posting my wc fic in chapters.
so here is the first chapter of "teaching peter," a neal/peter/elizabeth fic. this chapter is very mild, but the upcoming chapters will get up to FRAO so be warned.
under a cut due to length.
"Mrs. Burke?"
Elizabeth looked up from her husband's bedside to see one of the nurses in the doorway. "Yes?"
"Your cousin's here to see you and your husband."
Cousin? Neither of them had cousins they actually spoke to.
"Let him in," she said tentatively, assuming their guest was male.
Any fear she had was gone, however, as the nurse walked away only to be replaced with the one and only Neal Caffrey. "Hey cuz," he said, grinning.
As he shut the door, Elizabeth ran up to him, saying "Don't scare me like that!"
Neal shrugged. "They'd only let me in if I was family."
"Oh, you better be happy Peter would've wanted you here."
"Seems like he's not the only one," Neal said as Elizabeth hugged him. He returned it, asking "How's he doing?"
"He's banged up a bit, but he'll be fine. He's sleeping right now."
"Long day, no wonder," he mumbled, still remembering the sight of the suspect tackling Peter before he could get to him first.
They parted as Neal pulled a chair up to the side of the hospital bed. He watched Elizabeth retreat to her side and noticed how she immediately grabbed Peter's hand.
She looked up, realizing he was watching and smiled. "I know I shouldn't be this protective of him after just a concussion but." She trailed off, looking down and her and her husband's joined hands.
"No, I get it," Neal said. "Even in this division, there's no telling how bad an investigation could get."
"It's just...there's been too many close calls, you know?" She sighed. "Every phone call I get now when he's away could be the call and I know he can fight his own battles, but he's just-"
"Just what?"
She slowly looked him in the eye. "He's not you, Neal."
Neal paused. "Elizabeth, I don't-"
"Just listen. You're Neal Caffrey, the man who can get out of bad situations like they're nothing, who can fool the best. Peter's a great FBI agent, sure, but I don't think he could've accomplished half of what he has recently without you." She smiled. "It's like he needs you. Like we need you."
She frowned then, knowing she had said too much. Neal couldn't know the extent of that statement.
"That goes both ways, you know," he said. "Peter changed my life. Sometimes, it's like we never stopped chasing each other; we never have, really. Now we just have different reasons."
What Neal was tempted to say was how his heart was invested in the chase. As he and Peter ran around each other in the bullpen, Neal and his heart battled over how they felt about him. He tried to tell himself that he only trusted and admired him as a friend and a superior, but as the stakes kept getting higher in their lives, all he wanted was to cherish and protect Peter. Neal's intuition told him that maybe he, or even Elizabeth, felt the same.
"It's funny," Elizabeth whispered. "Almost every conversation Peter and I have now becomes about you." She began to laugh as she said, "It's like you're our son sometimes."
Neal decided to bite the bullet. "Are you sure that's all it is? Just a son?"
Elizabeth breath faltered for a split second before she laughed again.
There it was.
"What are implying?" she asked nervously while still smiling.
"Oh nothing, just that you both care about me more than you're letting on."
"That also goes both ways," she countered quickly. Damn, Neal almost forgot how good she was at this.
"Can you really blame me?"
Elizabeth laughed again, with Neal joining this time, both amazed at how easy that had been.
"You know," she said, "Peter doesn't think I know how he feels about you. It's kind of cute, actually."
"And you're alright with it?" Neal asked in disbelief.
"I trust him, Neal. I know he'll never act on it."
This gave Neal an awful, wonderful idea.
"What if you participated?"
Elizabeth's eyes grew wide as she leaned back. "Neal!"
"What?" he asked, casually crossing his legs as if they were discussing the weather. "The idea of a threesome is the least taboo thing I could've suggested."
"In all the places to have this discussion!"
"Oh, you don't mind the actual topic then?"
She paused. "Peter would never agree. It doesn't matter what I think."
"Why wouldn't that matter to him?"
"That's not what I meant."
A smile slowly creeped onto Neal's face. "You want to, don't you?"
She rolled her eyes and looked away. Neal wouldn't stop staring, however. Eventually, Elizabeth relented and mumbled "OK, maybe I do."
"Well then," Neal said happily. "What's the problem?"
"Peter's not exactly...adventurous."
"Oh. So a threesome would be too kinky for him." Smirking, he said, "We could start off slow; he could just watch you and me or you could watch me and him."
"Neal, that's the thing, he's never been with a man before."
"He should try it. It's pretty fun."
Elizabeth gasped softly. "You did not."
"I've had one or two experiences; is that a problem?"
"Oh, of course not, it's just...surprising, is all."
"Things like gender don't matter to me, really. I usually go with women but I'm not opposed to being with a man. I could teach him a thing or two."
Elizabeth chuckled. "You wouldn't mind being with little ol' me too?"
"No, ma'am. You're quite a beautiful woman, Mrs. Burke."
"And you're quite a handsome man, Mr. Caffrey."
They shared a look right as Peter began to stir. "El?" he mumbled, still a bit groggy.
"Hi, honey," she said, looking down at him. "You ok?"
"Mmh, I'm alright. Really thirsty, though."
She immediately picked up the cup of water she had ready for him. As he began to drank, she turned to Neal and mouthed "We'll talk later."
Neal smiled and nodded as Peter laid back down. It seemed that Neal's intuition was still as good as ever.
Why are you getting these messages complaining about issues with bible references/ interpretation in fic? Like, when have you ever even given the impression this issue is close to your heart or important to you?
It's Nonnie, she wanted to vent, which is fine.
I mean it is an important issue, it's just that I'm too used to people abusing the bible so it's hard for me to get worked up about it when it's in reference to fic? I don't expect too much research in the way of fic tbh, as long as it's not glaringly inaccurate (and the bible is up for interpretation anyway so).
I don't mind people wanting to vent at me about fic, but I won't always be able to understand/relate.
