September 3, 2017 - The process to the pilot - Yes, it’s true, I energized this furnace from a wall receptacle. I wasn’t worried because I knew the capacity of the breaker, I understood the amp range of the blower. I knew the gauge of the wire, and why it was necessary, it’s purpose. How do we ignore these details? Why aren’t they celebrated? Is it extreme? They make up everything around us. These details, this information, this energy, makes up us. I apologize for the delay it’s just that August was a very busy month, during this time I was still a H.V.A.C/R technician for the largest firm in Maryland. Over 500,000 customers they have and everyday there was something new. When your a H.V.A.C professional you have to make a lot of sacrifices, time being the most essential one. You have to know humility for your pride can lead to a customers death. I will never forget going on-call at 2:00am in Baltimore City, one of the worst areas. It was freezing that morning, and I was irritated, I was tired, but my customer needed me, and I had to push my feelings to the side. His heat exchangers were clogged on a 80% hot water boiler. When I completed the combustion test the Carbon Monoxide was threw the roof, over 5,000 ppm. It was an elderly man that lived in that house alone, he called because of his thermostat was defected, but that wasn’t all. I cleaned that boiler, and replaced his thermostat and after I finished I took out his trash. I didn’t make it home until 4-5am but I never felt so satisfied, so fulfilled, so exultant. The customer engaged with me in great conversations and passed on his wisdom he gathered throughout his years. It was an amazing experience and he was comfortable but more importantly he was safe. August 8, 2017 - The process to the pilot - I named it Faith, Yes I named it. I didn’t have to justify it in my head for some reason, it felt as if it named itself. Dr Masaru Emoto has long studied a very interesting theory on affecting molecular structures of water through conscious intention. He actually ran test and saw changes occur from naming water Hope versus a word such as Fear. Free Knowledge - lesson 3 (deal 2) - These contracts were drawn up over a period of months each has valuable lessons I believe can help others. Our purpose is not to belittle this company nor to put them on blast but to help people that may not have an attorney. We need to help people to avoid bad business deals. It only takes One to destroy everything you worked hard to build. I need you to understand I was desperate during these deals and by this one I was a full time employee. I was overdrawn and assigned to every aspect of the company but that is no excuse to take a bad deal. This deal was for 25% equity upon signing to do about 6-7 milestones with no dates. 1.)Equity is either purchased or worked for by completing objectives with a specific schedule within specific parameters. This deal ensured no money, no guarantee to take to manufacturing no obligations. If you ever give up that much of your company you need more guarantees. I was again honored to be given this offer but yet again I had to turn it down. Unfortunately but fortunately we have more lessons to come. August 1st 2017 - The presentation - It is nothing like being given an opportunity. This was ours, and I had to make it work. My worst fear was that it wouldn’t turn on when it did it would have an error. My heart skipped a beat on this day, at this moment but it was no turning back. When I plugged it in the room immediately illuminated as if The Mantaray was alive and it was. August 1st 2017 - patience is a virtue - It’s funny how we can invest years of our energy and our patience to get to this point, yet the longest part seems to be the wait for the Elevator. I will never forget this wait. Patience is a virtue, if we take it for granted we lose out on GODs Devine plan.
